Larry Roberts Joins JPSA as Director of Engineering
Manchester, New Hampshire, USA – J. P. Sercel Associates announces the appointment of Larry Roberts to the position of Director of Engineering.
Larry brings nearly 40 years of engineering and management experience to his new position at JPSA. For the past 14 years, Larry has served Laurier, Inc., a manufacturer of semiconductor die sorters and die-from wafer feeders, as Engineering Manager/Principal Engineer. He has also served a number of companies including EPE Technology, Gillette, Northrop and Sikorsky Aircraft. He holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Engineering Physics. He has authored several papers on fine pitch placement, attachments to printed circuit boards, and automated handling of 300-mm wafer frames. He holds patents on high-speed semiconductor placement equipment and alignment systems.
