JPSA Laser Applications
JPSA maintains an applications lab and processing facilities to provide customers with the highest quality laser micro fabrication and microprocessing services. Our Manchester, NH lab focuses on high brightness (energy density on target), high precision, high throughput and a wide range of UV wavelengths, from 157nm to 355nm.
JPSA excimer and DPSS UV laser systems are excellent tools for fabricating complex 2-D and 3-D structures (MEMS, MOEMS and micron-scale devices). Heat-free laser ablation facilitates exact tolerances without collateral damage to materials.
