JPSA IX-200 Series UV Laser Systems
JPSA's IX-200 series of laser are powerful, versatile Class 1 UV production laser systems in compact footprint. System configuration and laser type (excimer or DPSS) depends on your particular processing requirements. All systems include JPSA's Microtech™ camera system, high precision part handling components, and user-friendly Windows™ based control software.

IX-200 ChromaDice™
The IX-200 ChromaDice™ wafer scribing system uses a UV DPSS laser, is available in high-power or low-power versions, and produces the same narrow cut widths and unmatched throughput of up to twelve wafers per hour. All IX-200 ChromaDice™ systems include precision linear (X,Y) and Z/theta part handling stages.
IX-260 ChromAblate™
The IX-260 ChromAblate™ UV excimer LFOV system is ideal for a wide range of production and R&D applications and provides the same reliable, high-precision accuracy as the IX-1200 ChromAblate™ system.
